Macon, GA / HVAC Replacement
12.5-Ton Trane Unit + Controls
Installed a new 12.5-ton unit atop the existing pad with new power conductors from the existing safety switch, rerouted and terminated conduit, and a temporary thermostat to keep the old system running during the controls changeover. Integrated a new factory Trane controller into the existing controls, ran new THHN wiring in existing conduit, and added vibration collars to the supply and return ducts.
Colorado Springs, CO / Exterior Caulking
Air-Traffic-Control Tower Envelope
Exterior caulking replacement on an air-traffic-control tower: 15 seams on all four sides of all four towers up to the ATCT cab, plus the parapet wall seams, cap, and catwalk side. At the tower base, new caulking around the ground-level lobby windows with sheet-metal paneling secured by a stress-distribution brace. Seam caulking confirmed to contain asbestos; all other exterior caulking treated as presumed asbestos-containing material and left undisturbed.
Nogales, AZ / Communication Site
Full Comm-Site Build-Out
A full communication-site build-out: installed and leveled a new HVAC cabinet, ran grid power to the HVAC enclosure, and brought electrical to the circuit-breaker panel per local code. Installed a security fence with two access openings, routed fiber-optic cable from the hand hole to the HVAC cabinet with pre- and post-installation testing and splicing, and ran Cat 6 Ethernet from the HVAC unit to the tower.
