- Install new 12.5-ton unit atop existing pad.
- Install new power conductors from the existing safety switch to the new unit’s power input.
- Reroute conduit
- Terminate both ends of power cables.
- Install and wire a new temporary thermostat for the old system so as to allow its operation during controls modification.
- Install new factory provided Trane controller from new units to existing controls system in previous location
- Install new THHN wiring in existing Conduit
- Install new vibration collar to both the supply and return ducts.
